Checkout issues

Having trouble checking out? Most checkout issues come down to browser or device settings. Try these steps in order.

Start with your browser

Make sure you're using the latest version of one of these:

  • Google Chrome

  • Apple Safari

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

If checkout still won't load or complete

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page

  2. Disable ad blockers and browser extensions for elevatedfaith.com

  3. Allow third-party cookies (some browsers block these by default, which can break payment flows)

  4. Try an incognito or private browsing window

  5. Switch to a different browser or device

Express checkout issues (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)

  • Make sure you're signed in to the relevant account on the same device

  • For Apple Pay, confirm your card is added to Apple Wallet and your device supports it

  • For Shop Pay, check that your phone number matches the one on your Shop account

  • If express checkout fails, try checking out with a credit or debit card directly
