My order hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, don't worry. This is usually due to normal processing time.

Processing time

Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process before they ship.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take a little longer.

How to check your order status

  • Look for a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

If you haven't received tracking yet, your order is likely still being processed.
