My order hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, don't worry. This is usually due to normal processing time.

Processing time

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take a little longer.

How to check your order status

  • Look for a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
