Want to make changes to your Monthly Club subscription? Most updates take just a minute in your account. Here's everything you can do.
Before you start
Log into your account at Elevated Faith using the email address you used to purchase your subscription. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one with that exact email first, otherwise your subscription won't appear.
Once logged in, click "Manage My Subscription" in your account settings. All of your subscriptions will load. Click "More Details" on the one you want to update.
What you can do yourself

Update your payment card. If we can't process your card on the 10th of the month, we'll email you a few times. If your payment info isn't updated within 7 days, your subscription will be cancelled. Once you update it, your Monthly Club order processes within 24 hours and you'll get a confirmation email.

Update your shipping or billing address. You can change this any time. If your shipping address changed, update it before the 10th so your next pack ships to the right place.

Update your shipping method. Monthly Club shipping to the U.S. is always free.

View your past orders. See every Monthly Club pack you've received.

Add another subscription. Increase your product quantity. Your monthly charge goes up by one subscription cost.

Change your Bracelet Club size. In the Products section of your subscription, swap your size or style. Make the change before the 10th to apply it to next month's order.

Pause or skip a month. Pause as often as you'd like, free, with no commitment. You can pause from your account or just contact us and we'll handle it.

Before you cancel, a few things worth knowing:

Pausing is free and unlimited. If you just need a break, you don't have to cancel.

Cancelling is also 100% free, no fees, no hassle.

To cancel before next month processes, reach out before the 10th of the month.
