How do I return or exchange something?

Starting a return or exchange takes about 2 minutes. Here's everything you need to know. Return window You have 30 days from the date you received your order to start a return or exchange. If you're outside the window, email returns@elevatedfaith.com and we'll see what we can do. How to start a return or exchange Visit returns.elevatedfaith.com and follow the prompts. You'll need: - Your order number - The email used for your order The portal will provide a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. What happens next - Drop your package at the carrier listed on the label - We'll process your return within 5 business days of receiving it - Refunds appear on your original payment method 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your bank Important: keep the EF tag attached Items returned without the original Elevated Faith tag attached are not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep the tag on until you're sure you're keeping the item. What's not eligible for return - Final sale items (check the "more details" section on the product page) - Mystery items - Rings (exchanges only, not returns) - Items with the EF tag removed Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, email returns@elevatedfaith.com with photos and your order number. You don't need to return the damaged item. Bracelet and accessory warranty If your bracelet or accessory breaks within 30 days of purchase, we'll send you a new one based on inventory availability. No need to send the original back. Pre-Loved option If you've had something for a while and want to give it a new life, check out Elevated Faith Pre-Loved. Sell your EF gear for cash or store credit.
