How long do refunds take?

Here's the full timeline for refunds, from when we receive your return to when the money is back in your account.

Timeline

1. We receive your return at our warehouse
2. We process your return within 5 business days of receiving it
3. Your refund appears on your original payment method 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your bank

So from the day we receive your return, expect the refund to appear in 8 to 10 business days in most cases.
