My ring arrived but does not fit. Can I return it for a new size?

If your ring doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

Ring policy

Our rings are not eligible for returns, but exchanges are easy. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to start an exchange.

How to exchange your ring

Visit returns.elevatedfaith.com and follow the prompts. You'll need:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for your order

The portal will provide a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

Defective ring?

If there is a defect with your ring, contact returns@elevatedfaith.com with your order number and photos. You don't need to send the defective ring back.
