Can I track my sticker order?

We unfortunately do not receive tracking information for sticker orders as they are shipped in envelopes. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to [email protected], and we will be here to help.

How can I track my order?

If your order contains only stickers (Sticker Club Subscriptions, Mystery Sticker Packs and individual Stickers), we do not provide tracking information as they are shipped via an envelope. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to [email protected], and we will be here to help. All other orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with the tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $4-$8 depending on weight, but we do offer free shipping on all USA orders over $75 (yay!). International shipping from our fulfillment center is $25-$35 depending on weight, with free shipping on orders over $150! Just a reminder, standard shipping for U.S. orders is 2-5 business days, and international shipping is from 7-40 business days. The above times do not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order once it is received.

I’m seeing my package was returned to sender! What can I do to fix this?

While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address or refund your order (you will only be charged for the shipping cost). Please contact [email protected] with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will be able to assist.

My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?

Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below. Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received. We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping. Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first. If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and shipping address, and we will be here to help.

When will my order ship?

Every order requires at least 2 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days, unless 2nd Day Air is selected at checkout. At this time, we are processing 2nd Day Air orders in 24 hours or less. Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via UPS + USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well. We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
