Tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my package
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, don't worry. This is usually resolvable.
Step 1: Check nearby locations
- Mailbox, porch, garage, side doors, or parcel lockers
- Apartment office, mailroom, or front desk
- Neighbors or household members who may have brought it inside
Step 2: Wait 24 to 48 hours
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. Many packages show up within 1 to 2 days.
Step 3: Contact the carrier
Use your tracking number to ask the carrier to:
- Confirm delivery details
- Check the exact drop-off location
- Start a package trace if needed

you move forward.
Please include:

- Your shipping address
- The tracking number
What happens next?
