My package was returned to sender. What can I do?

If your package was returned to sender, we can help fix it. Two options:

  1. Reship to the correct address. You'll only be charged the shipping cost.
  2. Refund your order. We'll refund the full order amount minus shipping.

What to do

Email orders@elevatedfaith.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The correct shipping address (if you want it reshipped)
  • Whether you'd like a reship or a refund

We'll take care of it from there.

Why this happens

Packages get returned when the address on the label is incorrect or incomplete. To avoid this in the future, double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
