Warranty window

Bracelets and accessories are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or breaks within that window, we'll send a replacement based on inventory availability.

Step 1: Check the item

  • Inspect the item for damage or defects
  • Keep all original packaging if possible

  • Your order number
  • The item name
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
