What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

No worries! All of our bracelets and accessories have a 45-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 45 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, go to returns.elevatedfaith.com and go through the return/exchange process.

Three exceptions:

  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

  2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.

  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
